Frequently asked questions

  • Do you make dummies?

  • Answer.

For larger productions, we usually bid on it to ensure that everything is right. For smaller or cancelled productions, we need to charge for the time and materials we put into creating a dummy.

  • Can I see your products live on the website?

  • We have an extensive showroom in Länna (Lyftkransvägen 14, Skogås) where we also have a lot of products that are not on the website. Contact us to book a meeting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept drop-in visits.

  • How do I get a template on my folder/binder to place my artwork in?

  • When it comes to binders and folders, we have a number of ready-made templates in PDF form that you can use to put your artwork on. We then check that everything is as it should be before breaking it down into the various parts needed for a production.

If you want a product that we do not have a template for, we will create a template for you and can also make a mockup in a rotatable 3D file so you can see that everything is as intended. Contact a project manager and they will help you with what you need.

  • What do I need to know before contacting you?

  • We can help you with most of the pieces, but you need to know what to pack and have a measurement of the product, the rest we can solve together.

Contact one of our project managers and they will help you. Of course, it is an advantage if you have as much information as possible to speed up production.

  • How long does it take to produce?

  • This question is difficult to answer as it is so dependent on construction, volume, material, but you will always get an estimated delivery time from us in your quote and we usually break our backs to keep what we promised. However, it can be added that at the moment it can be difficult to obtain certain materials due to the world situation.

  • What materials can you use on your product?

  • OJ!

If you are making a clad product, you can clad it with almost anything that is flexible. We have a huge library in our showroom with different materials, if you have the opportunity, you are welcome to book an appointment to see what you can choose from.

  • Can you make the interior in different materials?

  • Answer.

Here it is often what you are going to package or want to convey that determines how the interior will look or what material will be used. We usually use corrugated cardboard/foam/cardboard or grey board when we develop the interior, often in combination with each other.

  • What is the smallest or largest thing you can do in format?

  • We don't really have any limitations when it comes to manual labour, but when it comes to fully/semi-automatic production (usually for larger volumes), the machines to be used have their dimensional limitations both in terms of small and large.

We have several different ways to go in a production and of course choose the one that suits your product. Get in touch with us.

  • Are there any standard formats?

  • We have standard formats for binders and folders.

When it comes to boxes, we often have tools left over from previous productions, but since the wishes for boxes vary so much, we have no standard formats but tailor the boxes to your wishes. If you want to use the format from a previous production, you can contact one of our project managers and they will help you. You then avoid the cost of that tool.

  • Which surfaces can be pressed?

  • You can print on most substrates, it's usually a matter of having the right printing method for the right material.

When it comes to colour printing, you need a white substrate, as all coloured substrates "share" their colour in the print. In other words, if you print on a light green paper, it will be as if you apply light green to all your colours and darker colours such as red will be black. If you are printing on a coloured surface, foil and screen printing or UV printing are suitable if you print a white plate under the actual surface the print will be on. The same applies depending on the thickness of the substrate. If you need help, it is easiest to contact us and we can guide you in the right direction.

  • What is the smallest volume you can produce?

  • The minimum volume is 1 piece.

We can make all our products in the volume you want. What you need to consider is that it often needs to be produced different tools and prints or clichés regardless of whether the volume is 1 or 10,000. This, together with a start-up cost, makes the unit price of making 1 copy very high compared to making, for example, 1,000 pcs.
