How it works
We help you all the way. From construction and design, which communicate your company's values in the right way, to manufacturing and distribution. All with a solid focus on quality and in a creative and reliable way.
How does our co-operation work, in practical terms? Well, we have broken down our work process into 4 clear points, where you can clearly see how our production process works, and what is expected of both parties in the collaboration. Everything to make our process as clear as possible for you as a customer, and to ensure that you get exactly the printed matter and products that you visualised from the start!
Design & Communication
What are you going to pack and what do you want to communicate with the packaging?
Anything is possible! In order to offer the product and design that best suits your needs, it is important that we understand your and your company's needs with the product. The questions below are basic issues that need to be taken into account when choosing a product solution.
Examples of questions:
- What will the product be used for and what will it contain?
- What do you want the product to communicate? Exclusivity, simplicity, environmental awareness etc etc.
- When should the product be used and where should it be delivered?
- How many units do you estimate you dispose of in a year?
- Is there currently a budget for the cost of the product?
Materials & Circulation
Choice of materials and size of edition.
When it comes to choosing the materials we will use to make your product, the choice is vast and the options are many. Therefore, having an idea of how you want your packaging to look and feel will help the process. The choice of material and construction affects the materials we can use, so we would need answers to the following. In addition, different materials are better suited for different editions.
Examples of questions:
- What are the colours and shapes of the brand to be packaged?
- What experience and feeling should you get when you hold the product?
- Do you want to simulate a feeling that is linked to the content of the product?
- In manufacturing, the price per unit is affected by how many units are produced at the same time. So it's good to think about how many units will be used in the near future, and will there be a need for units in the future?
3D visualisation
This is what your product will look like
Once we understand what you want your product to look like and what message you want it to convey, we'll create a 3D visualised dummy that you can twist and turn to get it just right. Once you're happy with the 3D visualisation, we can also produce a physical dummy to further ensure that the product will work as you intended.
Examples of questions:
- What format do you want your product to have? What should fit in it and how should it be transported?
- What type of layout do you envisage for the product? Offset printing, foiling, screen printing or blind embossing?
- How should the product be orientated in front of the recipient?
- Should there be an interior that keeps the contents in place?
Manufacture of product
Manufacturing and delivery from our own factory
Once all the issues have been addressed and we have agreed on the design, we will bring the necessary materials to your premises so that we can manufacture the solution we have agreed on. For this phase to go as smoothly as possible, we need to know the following.
Examples of questions:
- What date should the product be used?
- Would you like us to take care of packing what goes inside?
- Do you want us to keep parts or even everything in stock until a certain date?
- Last but not least, it is always nice to find out what the recipient of the product thought of it.
